June brides are always super special! Amanda looked stunning in her Gatsby style dress for this late June wedding with photography by Taylor Cline.
We used dark plum, lavender, and yellow for Amanda’s decor. Her cupcakes were dark chocolate, lemon, and pineapple in cute vintage wrappers. The 1812 Hitching Post provided all the components for the centerpieces and ceremony decor except for the live flowers.
Their yummy menu included fruit kebabs, cheese stuffed mushrooms, and veggies as appetizers with our famous pulled pork, tequila lime chicken with peppers, roasted red potatoes, mac and cheese, and salad bar on the main buffet. S’mores by the firepit rounded out the evening.
When looking for a place to get married themselves, the Waldrons discovered how difficult it was to plan an intimate, stylish, and romantic wedding that is unique and creative. They created The 1812 Hitching Post so the couples of today could still have the elegance and comfort of a wedding in a homey setting from the past.
