The “cocktail hour” serves as an important transition between the ceremony and the reception. This is the beginning of the celebration of your marriage. You want your guests to have a strong impression of more good things to come.
You and your family and bridal party will be taking pictures during the cocktail hour. Our staff will ensure that neither you nor your guests go hungry. We decorate your hors d’oeuvres area of the dining room and/or bar area in the style of your wedding. Mingling guests are offered hand passed bite size works of art to satisfy their appetite.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available for all or just a few guests. Please ask if you have a request we don’t offer; we love to try new things!
The Platinum package menu includes five appetizer choices. The Gold package menu includes three appetizer choices. The Silver package can include either four appetizers or one entree and three sides. Appetizers can be purchased a la carte for any size wedding.

Mixed greens, cheddar cheese, mini tomatoes, onions, bacon bits, croutons, carrots, nuts, craisins, eggs, and dressings including blue cheese, ranch, low fat ranch, Vidalia onion vinaigrette, and raspberry vinaigrette plus any other dressing flavors of your choosing (Vegan/Vegetarian)
Mashed potato bar – mashed potatoes (can be served in margarita glasses) with toppings including butter, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, sour cream, bacon bits, broccoli, tomatoes, and gravy (Vegetarian)
Baked potato bar – whole russet potatoes sliced with butter, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, sour cream, bacon bits, broccoli, tomatoes, and gravy (Vegetarian)
