The music room is located in the front of the house on the first floor directly off of the living room. The bride and bridesmaids sometimes wait in this room right before walking down the aisle. The music room can be closed off with it’s mahogany double doors that were built in NY in 1776 and were brought to NC by the doctor who first lived in this home in 1812. The music room is also a nice quiet place in the house for people to talk and the lighting is lovely for portraits.
