Our catering comes from our own on-site commercial kitchen, so your food is fresh and never transported from somewhere else. Our team also busses tables and cleans up, so your guests can enjoy every moment with you. 26 Acres of Natural Beauty for Your Wedding Day
Enjoy exclusive access to 26 acres of beautiful lawns, open fields, a private lake, and wooded trails—the perfect backdrop for photos, first looks, and unforgettable guest experiences. Our massive oak is the largest white oak in the county and the 3rd largest in the state of North Carolina. It’s the favorite spot for generations to hold their ceremonies.
Your wedding includes full use of the house, featuring:
- Access for you and your guests to the first-floor porches, veranda, living rooms, music room, and all gathering spaces, indoors and out, in a home rich with character, history, and original features.
- Two spacious dressing suites
- A dedicated makeup room
- A kids’ playroom
- Four indoor guest bathrooms
Expert Venue Coordination & Professional DJ and Ceremony Music Management
Your on-site venue coordinator makes sure your day unfolds the way you imagine, which is why most couples don’t hire an outside planner. Your coordinator manages:
- The rehearsal and lineup (based on the plan you give us)
- Ceremony and reception setup
- Your timeline and transitions
- Candle lighting
- Décor placement
- Photographer and DJ communication
- All the behind-the-scenes details
- Cake cutting and serving
- Your exit
We also provide your DJ, including music for the ceremony and reception, high-quality speakers (and a remote speaker for remote ceremony locations), microphones for officiants, announcements, and toasts, custom DJ edits, and guest requests.
Decorations, Tables, Chairs & Linens — All Included
We provide and set up tables, chairs, linens in dozens of colors, centerpieces, and décor you choose from our extensive inventory, including boxes, baskets, crates, barrels, runners, arbors, silk greenery and florals, fabric draping, shepherd’s hooks, petals, lanterns, vases, jars, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, signs, card cage, gift table, and cake stands. You’re also welcome to bring your own items. We can save you hundreds, often thousands, on décor rentals.

Every Classic Wedding Includes:
10 hours total venue time including the rehearsal, getting ready, ceremony, and reception. We do the set up and clean-up of everything we provide, including catering, so you don’t need to allow time for that.
- 1 hour rehearsal on Friday evening with your venue coordinator (a good time to drop off your alcohol and other wedding items)
- 4 hours at the venue to get ready before the ceremony
- 5 hours of DJ and sound for your ceremony and reception
- Your choice of any ceremony location on the property
- A ceremony backdrop (arbor availability depends on the location), with draping, silk flowers, and greenery you choose and we set up
- Ceremony chairs, set up by our staff
- A microphone for your minister, with our DJ playing your requested music
- Lanterns, tables, baskets, and other items you request for your ceremony
- A tented option in case of rain
- Reception tables and chairs, set up by our staff
- Full-length tablecloths in dozens of colors, runners, overlays, and lace if you choose, all set out for you
- Your choice of our centerpiece items, set up for you
- Venue coordination throughout the event
- Tea, water, lemonade, and coffee, with ice, cups, condiments, and a beverage attendant
- A firepit with attendants to light and maintain the fire
- Yard games: Giant Jenga, cornhole, ladder toss, ring toss, and chess

Your Catering Options
#1 Taco Bar
Seasoned ground beef and pulled chicken with hard and soft taco shells, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pico de gallo, onions, sour cream, Spanish rice, and a fresh salad bar with assorted dressings.
Includes high-quality disposable plates, napkins, and flatware.
#2 I Do BBQ
Our signature barbecue menu is a favorite with couples and guests. We slow-smoke our pulled pork in-house, and one recent guest called it “the juiciest pulled pork I’ve ever tasted.” Includes a salad bar appetizer, smoked pulled pork with Carolina barbecue sauce on the side, boneless barbecue chicken, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, dinner rolls and butter, and an ice cream sundae bar with assorted toppings.
Includes premium disposable plates, coordinating flatware, napkins, and serving ware.
#3 Your Choice
Create the menu you’ve always imagined: three appetizers, two entrées, four side dishes, one premium dessert, and a s’mores bar at the firepit. To elevate your reception, it also includes mismatched vintage or classic white china dinner plates, linen napkins, table chargers, and metal flatware. Our full menu
With every menu, our staff decorates and stocks the buffet, busses your tables, and handles trash removal and clean-up. Your only job is to celebrate! Need something different? Ask about à la carte items.
Bartender Service, Included
We provide: a professional bartender, ice, cups, and complete beverage service throughout your reception.
You provide: beer, wine, and the ingredients for up to two signature container drinks, if desired. Alcohol is served only through our bartender service.
Liability insurance is required for the couple and all outside vendors.

We had no idea where to start and Wendy helped us every step of the way. The decorations and our cake were more beautiful than I imagined, I was so happy when I walked in and saw our Mrs. & Mr. table and the center pieces on the other tables, they were beautiful!! She was quick to answer any questions we had and work with us on any special things I requested. Our guest had a blast with the dj and bartender and the food was great and so were the workers. It rained the morning of and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get married where I wanted, but they made it happen and I was so happy for that. I loved the balcony and being able to use it for my pictures and to write my vows. My husband enjoyed having the grooms room and downstairs and thought it was awesome that I was upstairs and yet it was going to be a surprise to see me. Our guest enjoyed looking around the house and seeing a piece of history. There are so many beautiful places for pictures and we get lots of compliments on ours.
