Venue rental includes the Wisteria room and adjoining tented patio area with first floor bathrooms inside and access to all public areas outside including lake and trails. Also includes 5 dining tables, 40 chairs, drink table; gift table; cake table; and food table. Tablecloths included for round dining tables.

The following rates are for events where you bring your own catering (refundable damage deposit will apply):

4 hours for set-up/clean-up and party: Monday – Thursday and any winter date (December/January/February up to 40 people – $450.
4 hours for set-up/clean-up and party up to 40 people: Fridays – $800. (guests and time may be added)
Contact us for a custom quote on events of more than 40 people.

Rental is discounted by 50% if we provide your catering and no damage deposit will be requested.
Some Saturdays/Sundays may be available if your event date is within the next 2 months.
