Your event can be casual or formal. Enjoy added benefits such as outdoor games and a fire pit. There is also delicious food from our on-site kitchen, DJ provided music, and even professional photography!

Venue rental includes the Wisteria room and adjoining tented patio area. It provides bathroom access inside and access to all public areas outside. This includes the lake and trails. Also includes 5 dining tables, 40 chairs, drink table; gift table; cake table; and food table. Tablecloths included for round dining tables.
5 hours time included.
2 hours for set-up; 3 hours for party and clean-up.
Venue attendant on site for 2 hour set-up.
Monday – Thursday year round or any day in the winter (December/January/February) – $450
9 am to 9 p.m. (choose your 5 hour timeframe)
Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays in-season 9 am. to 3 p.m.
Venue rental on Friday evenings for your rehearsal dinner is available with a catering purchase minimum
If your event is larger than 40 people, let us know what you have in mind! We can add staff, tables, linens, etc.
You may add on any of the following:
- Catering through 1812 Hitchin Kitchen
- Firepit with or without S’mores
- Games (cornhole, Giant Jenga, etc.)
- Music – DJ
- Bartender service
