An Intimate Wedding, Perfectly Planned
Dreaming of a smaller wedding without sacrificing the celebration? Our Micro Wedding Package welcomes up to 40 guests and includes a full reception, giving you all the joy, romance, and excitement of a traditional wedding in a more intimate setting. This package is designed for couples who want a simpler wedding with a small or no wedding party. Venue coordination is included.

Available on any date; Saturdays in-season must meet venue minimums.
What’s included for this price?
- Five hours of venue access the day of your wedding (you choose the time of your ceremony)
- 4 hours of DJ/sound for your ceremony/reception
- Side lawn ceremony under the giant oaks (remote location upgrade available)
- Ceremony backdrop – natural wood arbor made from trees on the property
- Draping, silk flowers, and greenery for your ceremony (you choose decor; we set it up)
- Ceremony chairs (we set them up)
- Microphone for the minister; sound system and DJ to play your requested music
- Lanterns, tables, baskets, etc., as requested for your ceremony
- Tented option for inclement weather
- Reception tables and chairs (we set them up)
- Full-length tablecloths in your choice of dozens of colors for round tables (we set out linens for you)
- Runners, overlays, and lace if you choose (we set up linens for you)
- Centerpieces – we provide either floating candle or lantern centerpieces (or bring your own)
- Venue coordinator throughout the event
- Beverages (tea, water, lemonade, and coffee) with ice, cups, a beverage attendant, and condiments
- Parking attendants for your arriving guests
- Enhanced guest experience via our guest portal – your guests can enjoy information about the history of the property, and find a map and information about your wedding that you want them to have.
- Your own personal Wedding website – a great place for us to share information and for you to share info with your guests. Free RSVP system makes your wedding management easier

A relaxed, flavorful celebration featuring our house-smoked specialties.
- Pricing: $4200 (First 20 guests) | $35 per additional guest
- Catering: Our famous house-smoked pulled pork (sauce on side), boneless BBQ chicken, and full salad bar
- Bartender service for your provided beer and wine
- Sides: Baked beans, mac & cheese, cole slaw, and buttery rolls
- Dessert: Ice cream sundae bar with assorted toppings
- Tableware: Upscale gold/silver single-serve plates and flatware

Arrival & Getting Ready
Upon arrival, you’ll be whisked away to our expansive Bridal Suite. This private upstairs oasis features a large dressing room, a dedicated makeup room with a glamor mirror, two private bathrooms, and a spacious lounge area to help you relax and spread-out. Don’t miss the private balcony—it’s the perfect backdrop for stunning “getting ready” photos.
While you prepare, your partner can relax in their own Downstairs Lounge, with a nearby large-screen TV and access to the veranda for a breath of fresh air.
Capturing the Moments
Before the ceremony, your photographer will capture those final intimate moments, such as putting on your dress. If you’ve selected our in-house photography package, we’ll handle all the logistics to ensure every detail is perfectly documented.
The Ceremony
As guests arrive and are seated, your hand-selected prelude music will set the tone. From the first note of the processional to the final exit, we play the exact soundtrack you curated during our planning process.
Celebrations & Photos
Following the ceremony, take a moment for group photos with your loved ones. Depending on your preference, you can move directly into a festive Cocktail Hour or proceed straight to the reception—a choice we’ll help you make during your initial planning session.
The Reception
Make your grand entrance and share your First Dance as a married couple. Whether you’re including traditional parent dances or moving straight into a delicious dinner, the flow is entirely up to you. After the meal, enjoy your cake cutting and spend the rest of your evening socializing or dancing the night away.

The 1812 provides such a unique wedding experience. The venue is gorgeous and has alot of charm. Wendy made my life and my day so easy and stress free (which was very important to me).
