Tammy posted this review: “Wendy and her team were extremely organized and treated Jamie and I like we were their only clients throughout the entire wedding process. Wendy was very flexible with any and all ideas I had and changes we made to the contract. I felt like I hardly had to lift a finger the entire planning process or the day of! Wendy’s checklist made things extremely easy to communicate my desires for decor and she decorated and planned around my themes. The planning seemed effortless and that was exactly what I wanted…I didn’t want to have to make a million decisions and find a million vendors…they did it all! The day of went perfectly! She had everything ready and beautifully decorated to with my ideas and suggestions in place. She was like a quiet ninja in the background organizing everyone and everything. We truly felt like she wasn’t just our wedding planner, but she was part of the family. Her attentiveness to our wants and needs was truly appreciated. I was extremely happy with our decision to use the HP!”

and she sent me this email (that made me cry):

“As I sit here on my last day of my honeymoon…trying to avoid reality… I wanted to reach out to you before I am back in the chaos of work and busy schedules. I just wanted to extend a “Thank You” for all your hard work and dedicated attention you gave to Jamie and I for our wedding. Not just the day of, but all the planning leading up to as well. I am not sure it could have gone off any better. It was a perfect day (God’s Blessing) but you made it so great by how well everything was decorated and organized and just overall put together. I don’t feel like I had to do a thing! I am anxious to see the pictures to really remember and see the details of all the decor. It was all so adorable and I am not sure I could have planned it any better than how it was put together.

The cake was gorgeous, the aisle was beautiful, I LOVED the arbor… the signage was great! I loved all the centerpieces and thought the reception looked fantastic. I wish I had the time to go around and look at it all with closer attention to take in all the details. Hoping the pictures will help capture those moments. I was so happy that the s’mores bar and fire pit were used! Even though I didn’t get a chance to go over there, I feel like a campfire is the epitome of what Jamie and I love.

I’m sure I’m forgetting to thank you for something…but I just wanted to say how happy Jamie and I are that we chose the Hitching Post for our big day.    We were extremely grateful for all you and your team did to make our day the best it could be! Jamie thought it went off without a hitch and I know I was happy the entire night!

Thank you again for all you did. I don’t believe you provide just a service of helping give a wedding… I feel like you become a part of our family helping us organize and make it the best you can for us. The personalized touches and attentiveness we both felt is something beyond what you can put a price on. It is truly obvious that you enjoy what you do. And you do a great job at making the bride and groom feel like we are your only clients!

I love the HP and we may want to come out there for some photos on our 1 year anniversary! You and the HP will always have a fond place in our hearts whenever we look back at how we started our new journey as husband and wife. Not sure “thank you” really covers how grateful we are. It was beautiful.
