Amber and Jacob were married on a beautiful November evening at 1812 Hitching Post, our historic wedding venue in Statesville, North Carolina. Embracing a relaxed boho style, their design blended effortlessly with the warm tones of fall and the natural character of the property.
Their ceremony featured stunning aisle boxes and bridal bouquets that perfectly complemented a triangle arbor adorned with peach and neutral florals, pampas grass, and dandelion reeds. Adding a meaningful personal touch, Jacob’s mother—an accomplished florist—created all of the wedding florals and décor, making the day even more special.
The boho aesthetic carried seamlessly into the reception. Guest tables were styled with eye-catching elevated centerpieces, macramé runners, boho orange linens, and vintage depression glassware—an ideal mix of texture, warmth, and charm that felt right at home in our historic setting.
November weddings at 1812 Hitching Post mean cozy evenings and unforgettable ambiance. As the sun set, guests danced beneath glowing tent lights while the cool fall air was kept comfortable with enclosed tent sides and outdoor heaters. It was the perfect atmosphere for celebrating, slowing down, and stealing a few extra close moments on the dance floor.
