The Evening Farmers Market — Downtown Statesville (Pecan Park)
Now in its 26th season, it runs every Thursday from 3:30–6:00 PM at Pecan Park in downtown Statesville. It’s a nonprofit group of local farmers, bakers, and crafters — a great place to stop after work, meet friends, and shop outdoors. The season runs April through October.
Sunday Shaggin’ on Broad — Sunday, June 28 at 3:00 PM at 121 W. Broad St. in downtown Statesville.

Town of Troutman Independence Day Parade
In the spirit of celebrating America’s 250th birthday in 2026, we invite you to be part of the Town of Troutman’s 21st Annual Independence Day Parade, brought to you by the Troutman Ruritan Club! As the only Independence Day Parade in Iredell County, we welcome churches, businesses, organizations, civic groups, and community members to join the celebration.
Saturday, June 27 –11:00 AM
The parade route will travel down Main Street / US Hwy 21 through downtown Troutman, beginning at the Iredell County Fairgrounds and ending at the American Legion Post (401 Main St.).

Location: Iredell County Fairgrounds, 630 North Main Street, Troutman, NC .
Time: Gates open at 6:00 PM, with live music at 6:30 PM and the rodeo starting at 8:00 PM .
Admission: Kids 12 and under usually enter for free .
Activities: Professional riding events and a live concert by the Aaron Walker Band.
Events: bull riding, barrel racing, roping, mutton bustin, steer racing, and more family-friendly western entertainment
